- Swimsuit is mandatory for services such as: Herbal Steam Bath in a Wooden Cabin, Mud Bath and for entering the Pool Complex
Cancellation policy:
If you wish to cancel your reservation, you must notify us at least 72 hours in advance, thus avoiding the 100% charge.
A change of date will be possible at least 48 hours in advance, always depending on availability.
